Ardeshir Khadang
Ardeshir Khadang is a senior bioanalytical scientist with more than 30 years of leadership experience in the clinical research industry. He has led bioanalytical organizations for three decades, providing strategic direction and deep technical expertise in the development and validation of small‑molecule bioanalytical methods supporting clinical drug development programs.
Mr. Khadang is highly regarded for his expertise in liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (LC‑MS/MS) and for his comprehensive knowledge of global regulatory requirements, including FDA, EMA, ICH, and GLP guidelines. His methodical approach to problem‑solving and regulatory compliance has made him a trusted resource for sponsors across all phases of development.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Khadang has overseen the development and validation of more than 100 bioanalytical methods and has supervised and troubleshot hundreds of complex, sensitive assays across a wide variety of biological matrices, including whole blood, plasma, serum, urine, and saliva.
He has extensive experience supporting regulatory inspections and sponsor audits, with a focus on bioanalytical data integrity and clinical trial compliance. Mr. Khadang has supported numerous programs from early‑phase research through regulatory submission, ensuring high‑quality, inspection‑ready data.
Mr. Khadang played a key role in the establishment and growth of bioanalytical divisions at multiple CROs and was an early adopter of LC‑MS/MS technologies for small‑molecule bioanalysis. He is a recognized thought leader in the field, having served on the Global CRO Council (GCC), contributed to industry white papers, and actively participated in professional organizations such as AAPS and ASMS.
In addition to his scientific leadership, Mr. Khadang has been involved in business operations, strategic planning, quality systems, and clinical trial execution, including oversight of Phase I and multicenter clinical studies. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry with a specialization in Analytical Chemistry and is widely respected for his scientific rigor, regulatory insight, and collaborative leadership style.
